Optimizing your breathing can help reduce stress, improve recovery, improve your mood, increase athletic performance, improve circulation, and more!

We take you step by step through different areas of focus, different practices and patterns as well as practical ways to integrate these new breathing techniques into your every day life. 

All it takes is a little practice, some repetition and focus and the new breathing habits will replace the old. The human body is resilient and incredibly adaptable, sometimes we just need to take a corrective course of action. The same way you trained your body (consciously or subconsciously) to breath incorrectly over the last years (maybe decades for some) we can fix that in a relatively short amount of time depending on the amount of practice you are willing to put in (its probably much less than you are thinking right now.

Great section

I enjoyed this module so far. As o former nurse we know the function of the breath and the importance of the oxygen exchange it, no one really talks about the benefits of the Co2.

Easy tools

I found the course to be like a game—fun, engaging, and easy to follow! The tools are simple to incorporate into my daily routine or even at random moments throughout the day. Some practices were a great reminder, while others felt like refreshing new add-ons.

This is science!

I really enjoyed this course breaking down the science behind working with the elements. It gives examples in bite sized chunks of which you can take your time absorbing the info. The exercised and quick videos helped me incorporate the teachings in my daily life. Being able to go back at any time really helped me sync all info together. Thank you!
