Welcome: How to Approach This Training
This training is designed to meet you where you are.
You don’t need a background in trauma theory, psychology, or somatic healing to engage with this material.
What you bring, your lived experience, your presence, your curiosity, and your care, is enough.
Throughout this training, we’ll explore trauma not as a pathology to fix, but as the body’s natural response to overwhelm. We’ll learn how healing is rooted in co-creating safety (physiological, relational, and emotional) and how breathwork can be offered in ways that honor the whole person.
Take your time. Stay connected to your own body as you learn.
Some concepts may feel new, but you already have the most important ingredients for trauma-informed practice: your willingness to listen, attune, and stay present.
Together, we’ll build the skills to offer breathwork in ways that invite resilience, restoration, and real trust in the body’s wisdom.
