Last night was pure magic! My partner and I stepped into a healing sanctuary created by Stephanie and Aaron, and from the moment we arrived, we felt enveloped in warmth and safety. Stephanie’s intuitive wisdom radiates through her humble presence, and Aiden’s guidance through each activity was clear and reassuring, making us feel completely at ease. Aaron and Stephanie then guided us on a journey within with a powerful breathwork session that left us feeling deeply connected to ourselves. The gentle meditation that followed allowed us to integrate the experience and settle into a profound sense of peace. The sound bath washed over us in waves of soothing vibrations, and the shiatsu nail board was surprisingly exhilarating! Although I didn’t do a cold plunge this time, watching others cold plunge afterward was empowering on its own. Even though it was a larger group than I’ve previously experienced, Stephanie and Aaron have a gift for making everyone feel seen and comfortable. We left feeling lighter, brighter, and completely rejuvenated. This healing party was a true gift to our souls, and we can’t wait to experience it again.
