Ashley Koski

Ashley holds a Masters degree in Functional Medicine & Nutrition and has spent a great deal of her career managing the mental health & well-being programs for a large hospital system. Between the limitations within the current healthcare system & her insight to looking at well-being from a holistic perspective, it became apparent what was keeping employees/people unwell. Dis-ease (or lack of ease) was stemming from imbalances between the mind and body, chronic nervous system dysregulation and lack of connection (both to something deeper & themselves). Along her personal journey; through many difficult seasons, she herself turned to breathwork & meditation to begin untangling generational patterns that were keeping her stuck, both in her health & life. As a new mom, she truly found the transformative power of regular breathwork practice & knew this was such an important link in any well-being/healing journey. As a breathwork facilitator she know helps to bridge that gap to help others find that freedom within themselves. She offers both virtual & in-person sessions for individuals & groups as well as corporate workshops & is also available for retreats & collaboration.
