Bridget’s journey into the healing arts reflects her devotion to helping women reconnect with their bodies and build self-trust. As a Holistic Health Coach and Nutritionist, she’s learned that true transformation goes far beyond food—it begins within the nervous system and the subconscious patterns that quietly shape how we think, feel, and live. After experiencing her own powerful breakthrough through Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, Bridget felt an undeniable pull to bring this work to others. She witnessed how Breathwork creates space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep healing—allowing women to feel more present, grounded, and at ease within themselves. In her practice, Bridget uses the healing power of Breathwork to guide women toward greater self-awareness, body trust, and compassion.
