Danae Capdevielle

I’m a leadership coach working with senior leaders, founders and high-performing professionals. I use a range of modalities — astrology, human design, breathwork and other reflective practices — to create a tailored experience for each client and meet them where the pressure actually lives. My practice is grounded in twenty years of senior leadership in luxury retail. Brands such as Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Prada shaped who I am today — but perhaps most importantly, they helped me understand the fundamental role leaders in retail and service play in the world. I’m passionate about supporting these leaders to reach not only their full potential, but that of the teams they lead.
