My name is Ingrid Masselink. I live in Groningen, in the north of The Netherlands. My experience with breath work started about six years ago after going through spiritual transformation after becoming a mom and moving back to the Netherlands after living abroad for years. I got trained as a yoga teacher and did several specializations and studies in different modalities such as yoga therapy. I also did a four year study to become a holistic therapist. After experimenting with different modalities including breathwork and plant medicine I can definitely say that breathwork has been one of the most transformative. By doing Breathwork we can access our subconscious and hereby transform our lives. It shuts down the monkey mind and helps me transform beliefs. Furthermore, when I do breathwork I get insights and I can feel my body releasing tension. I learned through this so much is already inside of us and that I no longer need to look for the answers from external sources.. It helps me more than any therapy. I hope that by doing breathwork you can also experience the transformative potential breathwork can have.
