Jenn Michaux is a breathwork facilitator, breathing coach, and founder of Unfolding Breath, where she teaches people how to work with their breath both in daily life and in deeper personal work. Her path to this work was shaped by motherhood, homeschooling her children, and a life built around responsibility and clearly defined roles, which eventually led her to question external authority and begin learning how to listen inward and build self-trust. Through learning how to breathe differently, she experienced how breathing affects the nervous system, emotional regulation, and the ability to stay present with discomfort and uncertainty. Today, she teaches foundational breathing practices to improve breathing habits, sleep, stress resilience, and nervous system regulation, and she facilitates breathwork sessions for deeper emotional work and life transitions. Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system science, functional breathing, and embodied self-trust.
