Jenna discovered breathwork during a time in her life when she was experiencing chronic illness, pain, panic attacks, and needed to find a modality to help regulate her nervous system. After just a few sessions, she noticed a significant change in her ability to feel calm and present for the first time in her life. She witnessed the impact it had on her health, both physical and mental, and decided to pay it forward by becoming a certified facilitator. Through breathwork, her goal is to help other people alleviate that silent weight being carried around, and feel safe and comfortable in their bodies.
