Hi, I’m Jen—a certified holistic nutrition practitioner, former international teacher, ER breathwork facilitator, and thyroid cancer survivor turned healer. I’m compassionate, grounded, and deeply devoted to helping people feel safe, regulated, and alive in their bodies. I specialize in autoimmunity, burnout, gut health, and nervous system regulation, and I believe breath and nourishment are at the root of true healing. My work weaves breathwork, functional testing (GI Map, DUTCH), trauma-informed nervous system support, and realistic nutrition into grounded, supportive containers—both in community and 1:1. I’m on a mission to guide people back home to their bodies, empower them with education, and cheer them on through sustainable, embodied healing. I split my time between Costa Rica and Tampa; and when I’m not facilitating sessions, you’ll find me in nature, hiking, writing, cooking (and eating!) really good food, and hanging with my partner and my rescued street dog, Charlie.
