José Miguel is a breathwork facilitator, ceremonial musician, and energy worker dedicated to guiding soul-led experiences. With a deep understanding of the power of breath, sound, and connection, he weaves together breathwork, live sound, and intuitive energy work to create deep and profound journeys for individuals. One on one private breathwork
One on One private breathwork sessions are a great way to gain clarity around an issue you have. We start by opening sacred space followed by an intention setting. Jose will support you in clarifying your intention, to maximize the potency of the session. If you choose, you can receive intuitive messages and energy work and sound healing throughout your session. You will receive powerful transmissions and post breath support with the option to add on a Integration support call.
Group breathwork sessions
Join our group breathwork workshops to connect with a community of like-minded individuals. These sessions are designed to foster collective energy and shared experiences. Through guided group exercises, discover the synergistic power of breathing in unison, enhancing your practice and deepening your connection with others.

Integration support calls
This optional add on is a session where you will get to discuss successes and challenges after your session. We will start with a somatic grounding exercises and then connect! Can be fused with music healing, where you receive a custom made Healing song, to support you with your integration process!
