Judy Cooper is a wellness facilitator, breathwork guide, and founder of MetaFitness & Wellness Centre in Stony Plain, Alberta. For over 16 years, she has been creating a welcoming wellness community through movement, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, brain training, and holistic wellness experiences that support both body and mind. Her background includes fitness training, post-rehab exercise support for joint replacements and mobility challenges, yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, life coaching, drum circle facilitation, and energy-based practices including Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, Reiki Master/Teacher training, sound, color, and tuning fork work. Through classes, workshops, themed sound baths, sharing circle discussion groups, and wellness events, Judy creates spaces that encourage connection, self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. She also creates and incorporates her signature MetaWellness Inner Journey essential oil blends—Grounding, Awakening, Transformation, and Integration—to gently support relaxation, presence, emotional balance, and the deeper unfolding of each participant’s experience throughout breathwork and wellness sessions. Having worked with breath, movement, and nervous system regulation for many years, Judy was drawn to Elemental Rhythm Breathwork for its grounded approach and its ability to support deep yet accessible transformation. She integrates breathwork as a practical and supportive tool for stress reduction, emotional balance, relaxation, resilience, and deeper connection to self. Known for her calm and heart-centered presence, Judy holds space in a safe, caring, and supportive way rooted in gratitude, respect, and acceptance. Her sessions encourage participants to explore at their own pace while gently building self-awareness, inner steadiness, resilience, and self-trust—supporting healing, stress reduction, emotional balance, and helping individuals reconnect with clarity, purpose, and a deeper sense of self. Judy offers both group breathwork experiences and one-on-one or partner sessions, helping individuals reconnect with themselves through breath, presence, sound, and compassionate support.
