Marni Levanger | Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator & Founder of Find Your Hózhó Marni’s journey in the healing arts has been one of continual evolution and discovery. With a background in psychology and trauma-informed care, she combines modern science with ancient wisdom to guide others toward balance, self-awareness, and inner peace. Her passion for breathwork grew from a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection and the transformative power of conscious breathing to reset the nervous system and awaken the heart. Through Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, Marni found a practice that cultivates clarity, resilience, and connection—a space where breath becomes a bridge between mind, body, and spirit. As a certified facilitator, she creates grounded, nurturing spaces for others to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authentic selves, and return to harmony, or Hózhó—a concept in the Diné culture representing balance, peace, beauty and harmony with self and nature. Marni’s sessions are infused with compassion, music, and intention, offering participants a safe and soulful experience of renewal. Through Find Your Hózhó, she continues to build community, share tools for self-regulation, and inspire others to breathe, heal, and live in alignment with their natural rhythm of peace.
