She blends Elemental Rhythm Breathwork with compassionate somatic awareness to create safe, grounded, and transformative experiences. With over 18 years in mental health, Nicole holds space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and soulful reconnection, especially for those who have spent years carrying strength at the expense of self-support. One on one private breathwork
This private breathwork experience is a personalized, trauma-informed session designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper connection to your body and breath. In a one-on-one setting, you are guided at your own pace using Elemental Rhythm Breathwork within a safe, supportive container. Each session is intentionally tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of grounding and clarity. Rather than pushing for release, this work prioritizes safety, choice, and attunement. You are always in control of your experience, with space to slow down, pause, or integrate as needed. The breath becomes a gentle pathway back to presence, steadiness, and inner support. Private breathwork is ideal for those who prefer individualized attention, are new to breathwork, or desire a more contained and supportive experience. This service is coaching-based and educational in nature and is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Group breathwork sessions
Group breathwork is a guided, trauma-informed experience that invites you to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner steadiness, together, in community. These sessions use Elemental Rhythm Breathwork within a supportive group container, allowing the shared energy of the group to gently deepen the experience while still honoring individual boundaries and nervous system needs. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks, or modify your breath as needed. Group breathwork can support emotional release, grounding, clarity, and a sense of belonging, especially for those who are tired of carrying everything alone. There is no pressure to share, perform, or be “fixed.” Simply showing up as you are is enough. This offering is ideal for those who value collective healing, feel nourished by shared space, or want a gentle entry point into breathwork while still feeling held and supported.
