Rachels passion for life and for being in service has taken her down many roads of self healing through the healing arts. With extensive research and training in energy work/Reiki, yoga, meditation, shamanic practices and much more, Rachel concluded that the common thread in these modalities is the breath. Our human nature and its very existence comes down to the breath. Rachel’s fascination on this topic is mesmerizing to her. Rachel has a deep passion for learning more about how we operate, how we heal, how we interact, and with whom, when, and why. Taking this passion as step further and sharing it and her discoveries with her clientele has brought about some beautiful breakthroughs and inner knowings that have propelled them into a new forward way of living and thriving, simply by remembering who they truly are.
