Methodology Note

97 confirmed paying customers were identified from WooCommerce (Nov 2025 – Mar 2026). 62 of 95 listed customers were matched to Fathom discovery call transcripts and assigned an archetype based on their primary stated motivation. 33 customers (34.7%) could not be matched due to missing transcripts, name variations, or calls outside the dataset window. All close rates are therefore minimums — actual rates are higher across all archetypes.

Key Intelligence Findings

Four findings that should directly inform ad spend, messaging, and sales strategy.
Biggest Surprise
3×
Spiritual Entrepreneur closes at 3x the rate of the biggest segment
Only 10.1% of calls but 21% of confirmed paid customers. Min close rate of 36.1% vs. 13.8% for the Existing Wellness Entrepreneur. Plant medicine, ceremony, and psychedelic integration prospects are dramatically underserved in current marketing yet convert at an exceptional rate.
🎯
Highest Close Rate
55.6%
Personal Healer already decided before the call begins
5 of 9 people in this archetype confirmed paid — a 55.6% minimum close rate. These prospects have made the emotional decision before the call. The call is confirmation, not persuasion. Every one of these prospects deserves full sales attention and should never leave without a clear next step.
⚠️
Important Gap
Your biggest segment has your lowest close rate
The Existing Wellness Entrepreneur is 50.8% of all calls but only 13.8% minimum close rate — the lowest of any meaningful segment. You are spending the most time and ad dollars on the archetype that converts the least efficiently. They need stronger differentiation and ROI messaging to convert at the rate their volume deserves.
💡
Unexpected Opportunity
Mid-Life Reinventors triggered by health shocks close at 29.4%
Better than Corporate Escapees (16.7%). The key pattern in the 10 confirmed paid customers: almost all had a specific health shock — cancer diagnosis, near-death experience, surgery, serious illness. That specific trigger converts much better than general mid-life transition. Target this angle specifically rather than broad mid-life messaging.

Ad Spend Recommendations

Based on close rate data — where to shift budget for maximum conversion efficiency.
↑ Increase Budget
Spiritual Entrepreneur
36.1%+
Currently barely targeted. Plant medicine, Rhythmia, ceremony, psychedelic integration audiences. Use “legal accessible version” positioning. Wim Hof bridge works here.
Dedicated campaign needed
↑ Increase Budget
Personal Healer Who Pays It Forward
55.6%+
Tiny volume but highest close rate by far. Trauma survivor communities, addiction recovery, grief groups. Use survivor testimony creative — “I want to give others what helped me.”
High-value niche creative
↑ Refine Targeting
Mid-Life Reinventor (Health Shock)
29.4%+
Target specifically: health crisis recovery, “second chapter” after serious illness, cancer survivors, people on medical leave. Not general mid-life — the health shock angle specifically.
Narrow to health shock angle
→ Maintain + Improve Messaging
Existing Wellness Entrepreneur
13.8%+
Still your highest raw volume. Don’t reduce spend — improve the message. Lead with differentiation (“the modality your clients are missing”) and ROI. Testimonials from yoga teachers and coaches who added breathwork.
Better creative needed
→ Maintain
Corporate Escapee
16.7%+
Solid converters when the vision of post-corporate life is painted clearly on the call. Current messaging is reasonably effective. Focus on income model clarity and retreat business angle.
Current level appropriate
↓ Deprioritize
Burned-Out Healthcare Pro
7.1%+
Lowest close rate and smallest confirmed paid volume. Price is a significant barrier given healthcare salaries. Don’t eliminate — this segment has genuine alignment — but don’t prioritize paid spend here.
Organic only for now

In Their Own Words

Verbatim quotes from confirmed paying customers — pulled directly from their discovery call transcripts.
Spiritual Entrepreneur
I’m on faculty for the Psychedelic Coaching Institute… we have a ceremonial yurt, and my wife does singing, she’s got a medicine choir… it fits well with personal practice and community around that.

Personal Healer Who Pays It Forward
My journey on breathwork really started the day my husband died. I want to build a grief center using breathwork and sound healing.
Sylvie Stevenson · Confirmed Enrolled
Mid-Life Reinventor
I was going through cancer treatment… I think I was called to do that back then, but I didn’t listen. Now I’m more, I guess, listening.
Nairk Chawchian · Confirmed Enrolled
Existing Wellness Entrepreneur
I own a fitness studio and I actually called it a fitness and wellness studio. I’ve already hosted breathwork events here — I want certification to make it a core offering.
Judy Cooper · Confirmed Enrolled
Corporate Escapee
I work in television, but the industry has just been real crap in LA, and I’m just also looking for something a little more meaningful.
Ezekiel Walker · Confirmed Enrolled
Personal Healer Who Pays It Forward
I got sober 10 years ago. I want to help others reconnect the way recovery connected me. Breathwork was the missing piece.
