| WC 2 | Breath Fundamentals Trauma Informed | Expand the toolkit with balancing, focusing, rapid-reset, energizing, and soothing breaths; then teach how to recognize trauma cues in real time and facilitate through a capacity-building lens—emphasizing titration, pacing, and empowerment. Prep for call by watching these modules and read the section in the course manual. |
| WC 3 | Breath Fundamentals Trauma Informed | Introduce advanced tolerance/resilience practices (Buteyko principles, CP assessment, breath holds, reduced breathing, AIH, somatic shaking) with strong safety framing and historical context; then teach skillful responses to dysregulation, co-regulation, and facilitator self-care—emphasizing your own nervous system as the primary anchor. Prep for call by watching these modules and read the section in the course manual. |
