Sachin Patel
Sachin Patel is a father, husband, philanthropist, functional medicine practice success coach, speaker, author, breathwork facilitator, and plant medicine advocate.
Sachin is convinced that “the doctor of the future is the patient”, and he has committed himself to helping others raise their consciousness, activate their inner doctor, and initiate their deepest healing through the use of lifestyle and breathwork.
Sachin founded The Living Proof Institute through which he pioneered a revolutionary approach to patient-centered healthcare. Sachin coaches hundreds of practitioners around the world so that they are empowered to deliver affordable and inspired care to their communities through his Perfect Practice Mentorship Program.
He is an advocate of transforming the healthcare paradigm and has devoted his life to the betterment of healthcare for both patients and practitioners.
Giovanni Bartolomeo
Giovanni Bartolomeo is an entrepreneur and life adventurer who has a passion for teaching, experiential learning and creating deep connections with others. He is the founder of Elemental Wellness studio in Toronto and Co-Founder of The Personal Development School among many other ventures.
He is always looking for the next consciousness-expanding learning experience whether it be climbing mountains in his shorts with Wim Hof, participating in Traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, or challenging his mind and body to see what new limits he can reach. Gio is a breathwork facilitator and Life/Executive coach and Founder of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Programs and Facilitator Training.
He launched his third podcast in 2020 called the Elemental Awakening to go along with his YouTube channel (Elemental Awakening). You can watch his documentary on Plant Medicine called Psyched Out for free through his YouTube channel.
He’s an entrepreneur at heart and loves to create new ideas and ways to help improve the planet for not only the people currently living on it but for those who we will leave it to one day!

A casita is a perfect option for an adventurous traveler. This open-air 13 square meter, three-sided wooden cabin provides a true immersion in nature. Each Casita has a double bed with a mosquito net, a shelf for clothes, and a sitting area. Some casitas are equipped with a cold water, open-air shower. Hot showers are available in the village center as well as lockers. Please bring your own lock and towel.

Bunglows

These open-air, screened-in bungalows are about 2 minutes walking distance from the village center. The bungalows merge comfort and organic qualities by providing a completely screened-in option built from wood in the pristine PachaMama forest. Furnished with a standard queen-size bed, all bungalows are ideal for up to two adults. Sliding screen doors separate the main space from the balcony to make this accommodation virtually bug-free. Ceramic floors, wooden walls and a covered balcony give a very cozy feeling overlooking the forest. Bungalows measure 13 sq meters and each has private hot showers and are located in the vicinity of shared compost toilets.

Casa Tierra is a unique, stylishly furnished, artisanal earth home with 2 separate air-conditioned bedrooms and a sofa bed option in the main space. 2 full bathrooms, outdoor shower and guest WC.
The outdoor areas feature a salt water dipping pool, a large terrace with hammock and several lounge areas with beautiful views over the entire Pachamama valley. The terraced garden is lush with tropical plants for teas, aloe, and local flowers and home to many birds and monkeys.
The master bedroom with a/c and a 4 poster king bed offers a full bath and walk-in closet.
A separate entrance leads to the roof bedroom which features a/c and a queen bed, a canopy balcony with a peek of ocean blue view.
The open living area converts for meditation/yoga or can be used as a space for children to sleep next to the master bedroom. High ceilings, clay walls, cross breezes, and ceiling fans ensure cool comfort.

Not at all. All levels are welcome. You’ll be guided step-by-step through every session.
Fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) — approximately 2.5 hours from Nosara. Each participant is responsible for arranging their transportation from the airport to the retreat.
All meals, accommodations, group activities, and workshops are included. Flights and airport transfers are not.
Absolutely. Many participants attend solo — it’s a safe, welcoming space for self-discovery and connection.
