WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE FACILITATOR Program

A 16 - Week Immersive Certification Journey | 50+ Hours of Training

  • Live Online Weekend Immersion
    A live, two-day online training led by Elemental Rhythm master trainers. The weekend includes teaching, facilitator demonstrations, guided group practice, breakout rooms, and live Q&A to support clear understanding and embodied learning.
  • 8 Mentored Integration Calls
    Eight topic-based live calls designed to support integration and confident facilitation. Calls cover breathing mechanics, trauma-informed foundations, session flow, EPIC visualization, and facilitation skills. There are two calls available every week, you can attend as many times as you like. The course requirement is attending at least one of each required call.
  • Practice & Peer Sessions
    Structured opportunities to both guide and receive breathwork sessions, helping you build real facilitation experience and confidence. One full session is submitted for review and feedback as part of the process.
  • Lifetime Access to Integration & Community Calls
    Continued access to integration and community calls for ongoing learning, mentorship, and support beyond certification. We have community calls bi-weekly for additional support and learning opportunities.
  • Private Online Group Access
    Access to private online groups in WhatsApp and on our website. With your cohort, mentors and the broader Elemental Rhythm community for questions, resources, updates, and shared learning.
  • Self-Paced Coursework
    Includes access to the Breathwork Facilitator Course and the Trauma-Informed Breathwork Course to support safety, structure, and foundational understanding.
  • Certification Pathway
    A flexible certification timeline of up to four months after the live weekend. Completion confirms readiness to guide Elemental Rhythm Breathwork sessions with clarity and responsibility. This Level 1 training also serves as the prerequisite for all Elemental Rhythm advanced coaching trainings.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE Integrated Coach Program

85+ hours of training over 6 months

  • Live Weekend Training: 2 full day of training Online Via zoom (16 hours)
  • Weekly Zoom Calls weeks 1-12: 1.5 Hours per week for 12 weeks (18 hours)
  • Self Practice Daily Breathwork 3-7x per week: You will be given homework for daily self practice 30 minutes per day
  • Self-Paced Materials: Access videos, worksheets, and exercises to reinforce your learning.
  • Weekly check-ins: Mandatory Weekly check ins via WhatsApp
  • Partner Practice Calls (Week 1-12): Starting in week 1, you will be assigned a weekly partner who is also studying to get certified to do a weekly practice session (24 hours)
  • Week 10: Begin With Your 1st Practice Client
  • Final Examination: You will need to demonstrate and submit session notes and logs for two peer practice partners and three practice clients for final marking, feedback, and certification.
  • Exclusive Access: Access to exclusive WhatsApp community for support and questions in between calls.
  • Monthly Call: Monthly facilitator Coaching call for 3 months after training. (3 hours)
