WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE FACILITATOR TRAINING
A 12-Week Immersive Certification Journey | 70+ Hours of Training
- Two Foundational Online Courses (Self-Paced): Breathing Fundamentals & Trauma-Informed Breathwork — build your core knowledge as a facilitator. Explored throughout the 12-week training and weekly calls, these must be completed prior to certification.
- Live Online Weekend Training (2 Days): An immersive experience to learn and practice the full Elemental Rhythm method in real time.
- 4 Weeks of Live Mentorship & Integration Calls (1 Hour/Week): Deepen your skills through weekly Zoom calls with mentors and peers, live feedback, and partner practice.
- 10 Practice Sessions: Facilitate 10 independent sessions to build confidence and gain experience (minimum of 5 with fellow trainees).
- Accountability Partner: Paired with a partner for weekly support, feedback, and co-practice.
- Daily Self Practice / Homework: Approximately 30 minutes per day to deepen embodiment and integration.
- Final Examination: A live, recorded session where you will demonstrate your ability to facilitate an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork experience.
- Exclusive WhatsApp Community: Connect with your cohort, educators, and larger Elemental Rhythm network for ongoing inspiration and support.
- Self-Paced Marketing Course (Bonus): Build your brand, clarify your message, and confidently launch your breathwork practice.
- Certification as an Elemental Rhythm Level 1 Facilitator: Upon successful completion, receive official certification and lifetime access to course materials and resources via the Elemental Rhythm App.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE Integrated Coach Program
12 weeks in duration // 60+ hours of traning
- Live Weekend Training: 16 hours
- Weekly Zoom Calls weeks 1-6: 1.5 Hours per week for Six weeks (9 hours)
- Self Practice Daily Breathwork 3-7x per week: You will be given homework for daily self practice 30 minutes per day
- Self-Paced Materials: Access videos, worksheets, and exercises to reinforce your learning.
- Weekly check-ins: 2 Weekly check ins via WhatsApp
- Week 1-6: Partner Practice Coaching Calls: 2 hours per week for 6 weeks (12 hr)
- Week 7-12: Client practice coaching calls: 3 hours per week (18 hours)
- Monthly Call: Monthly facilitator Coaching call for 3 months after training. (3 hours)
- Final Examination: You will need to demonstrate 3 client coaching sessions for final marking, feedback and certification. (3 hours)
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE Advanced COACHING Program
116+ hours of training over 6 months
- Live Online Workshop: 2 full day of training Online Via zoom (14 hours)
- Weekly Zoom Calls: 1.5 Hours per week over 16 weeks (22+ hours) + weekly recorded video course
- Self Practice Daily Breathwork 3-7x per week: You will be given homework for daily self practice 30 minutes per day
- Partner Practice Calls (month 2,3,and 4): You will be assigned a weekly partner who is also studying to get certified to do a weekly practice session (3 hours per week)
- 2 Independent Client Sessions (month 5 and 6): You will be responsible for recruiting some family and friends to practice on in the following months for a total of 1 hour per client per week (2 hours per week repeated each month)
- Final Examination: You will need to demonstrate and submit 4 subsequent client sessions for final marking, feedback and certification. (4 hours)
- Exclusive Access: Access to exclusive WhatsApp community for support and questions in between calls.
