Elemental Rhythm Educator Program
The Elemental Rhythm Educator Program is designed for experienced facilitators who are passionate about breathwork and ready to take the next step in sharing this transformative practice on a larger scale. As an Educator, you will have the opportunity to lead Elemental Rhythm Facilitator Trainings, support new facilitators in their journey, and contribute to the growth of our global breathwork community.
This program is for dedicated breathwork facilitators who embody the Elemental Rhythm methodology and are committed to guiding others with integrity, authenticity, and deep knowledge. Educators will receive advanced training, mentorship, and resources to help them confidently lead trainings.
Key components as an Educator:
- Annual Independent Training: Educators will facilitate at least one Elemental Rhythm Facilitator Training in person per year, helping expand the reach of breathwork worldwide.
- Quarterly Check-Ins: Ongoing support through structured calls to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Advanced Training & Resources: Deepen your expertise with exclusive educator materials, mentorship sessions, and continued education.
- Community & Collaboration: Join a network of Elemental Rhythm leaders, sharing insights, best practices, and ongoing support.

Who This Is For
This program is for certified Elemental Rhythm Facilitators who have demonstrated:
- Certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitators for minimum 1 year
- Host regular Elemental Rhythm Breathwork session: Minimum 1/month
- A deep understanding of breathwork and its transformational potential
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to hold space for others
- A passion for teaching and supporting new facilitators
- Commitment to the mission and values of Elemental Rhythm
About Gio
Giovanni Bartolomeo is an entrepreneur and life adventurer who has a passion for teaching, experiential learning and creating deep connections with others. He is the founder of Elemental Wellness studio in Toronto and Co-Founder of The Personal Development School among many other ventures.
He is always looking for the next consciousness-expanding learning experience whether it be climbing mountains in his shorts with Wim Hof, participating in Traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, or challenging his mind and body to see what new limits he can reach. Gio is a breathwork facilitator and Life/Executive coach and Founder of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Programs and Facilitator Training.
He launched his third podcast in 2020 called the Elemental Awakening to go along with his YouTube channel (Elemental Awakening). You can watch his documentary on Plant Medicine called Psyched Out for free through his YouTube channel.
He’s an entrepreneur at heart and loves to create new ideas and ways to help improve the planet for not only the people currently living on it but for those who we will leave it to one day!
