To kick things off Gio will lead with a talk about breathwork, letting go, leading with intention, and living a well balanced life.
Next, Gio and the crew will be leading you through another guided Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience.
Following the class you are invited to stay for some tea, snacks and refreshments. As well as time to connect with the other participants.
