| WC 3 | Breath Fundamentals – Module 3: Advanced Breathwork – Tolerance, Resilience, and Altered States Trauma Informed | Introduce advanced tolerance/resilience practices (Buteyko principles, CP assessment, breath holds, reduced breathing, AIH, somatic shaking) with strong safety framing and historical context; then teach skillful responses to dysregulation, co-regulation, and facilitator self-care—emphasizing your own nervous system as the primary anchor.
