Amanda believes breathwork is not merely an inhale and an exhale, it is about connecting to your authentic Self on a deeper level, where you can release emotional pain, uncover hidden truths, and awaken clarity within to guide you on a transformational journey towards living the life you are designed to. Through the vulnerability of her own healing journey she felt incredibly called to awaken passion within others, while holding space for them to be fully supported on their own unique journey. Additionally, Amanda has a deep passion for Ayurveda Wellness, currently obtaining a bachelor’s degree in with a specialization in Life Coaching. She holds a certification to guide women, and their partners, on the journey from preconception to postpartum with an Ayurvedic lens. In all areas of service she offers, breath is the catalyst to empower you to transcend limitations and embrace the fullness of your existence within.
