Curtis Marchildon

Curtis is a veteran Respiratory Therapist with 15 years of critical care experience and continues to work in two GTA hospitals. He has experience working with patients of all ages, from adults, to children and infants, caring for them in many clinical settings from the ICU, ER, operating room and labour and delivery. In each setting, he is there, helping his patients to breathe.

Curtis always felt that helping others was his calling but over the past few years he truly internalized that the deepest one can go on their spiritual path is to be in service to others. He came to understand that to live his deepest purpose, an eastern approach to healing and some ancient traditions were now needed. He embarked on a deep personal healing journey over many years with these wisdom traditions, learning their effectiveness from the inside.

Having lived experience with both Western and Eastern medicine traditions, Curtis brings a unique and rare perspective to his Elemental Breathwork practice.

Outside of work, Curtis enjoys being in nature (breathing in that fresh 02), kayaking, meditating, men’s work and retreats, cold plunges, sweat lodges, float tanks, breathwork of course and trying to live in the moment! (The only moment that ever exists)

Some of his favorite quotes:

“The longest journey you will ever take is from your head to your heart”-unknown

“The past is history, the future is a mystery, the present is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present”-unknown

I look forward to breathing with you
