Janine’s core beliefs are compassion, empathy, authenticity, and a passion for life. Janine loves helping people reconnect, guiding them through any deep inner work they need to do, to help rekindle their love for themselves, for others, and for Life.

Her 35-year career as a Professional Figure Skating Coach has led her to this path, she has worked with many students young and old, helping them with self-confidence, self-discipline, and self-care, in all areas of their lives. Creative and Compassionate, She Loves inspiring an atmosphere that fully encourages the support of each other through all the challenges we face during this incredible human experience.

Janine believes that breathwork can be an effective tool to help with stress, anxiety, depression, crying, trauma, and anger, along with improved breathing and focused skills in sport and life. Through her breathwork sessions, Janine can guide you to your inner self in a safe unjudged space, a place for you to activate your authentic inner voice and begin the journey of healing so you may smile and laugh fully and share your joy with the world one breath at a time.
