As a female Navy veteran, I finally started to triumph over years of trauma when, on my 65th birthday, I experienced the profound healing potential of this breathwork during a sacred plant medicine retreat in Costa Rica. The revelation showed me that our breath can possess the same potency as a sacred ceremony. Grateful for my personal healing and for every breath that leads closer to wholeness, I felt called to become an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator. It is my honor and pleasure to help guide others on their own spiritual and healing journey.
