Jermaine is a Breathwork Facilitator with Elemental Rhythm. His passion to facilitate breathwork sessions began when he learned the importance of controlled breathing to overcome stress, anxiety and depression.
Jermaine was able to utilize this breathwork technique to assist him in overcoming his own personal traumatic events. Jermaine has studied the art of breathing, linking the mind and body. Jermaine will introduce you to a new level of consciousness through breath to promote better physical, emotional and mental well-being.
