I am a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in the healing arts, and breathwork in the form of Kundalini yoga was the practice that initially ignited my passion towards the healing arts. My passion is to provide my clients with effective, customized, and holistic care using the latest techniques and modalities. In addition to specializing in trigger point therapy, Reiki, and John F Barnes Approach Myofascial Release (MFR), I also integrate breathwork into my sessions. Breathwork is a powerful tool that can enhance relaxation, promote emotional release, and deepen the body-mind connection. By incorporating breathwork techniques into our sessions, we can achieve far superior and long-lasting results towards our journey of healing and well-being. My approach is centered around creating a nurturing environment where you can experience profound physical and emotional transformation.
