Hello! I’m Lisa! I have a passion for holistic wellness for over a decade, and have been sharing about nutrition, natural remedies, non-toxic living and the importance living structured water. When I was introduced to Breathwork, I was going through a very drastic life change that left me physically shaking. Breathwork was the greatest gift I could give myself. I felt called to create a safe space to share the tools that were helping me overcome this major challenge for those going through challenging situations as well. To help them feel overall calmer, happier and more joyful, and most of all empowered to take control of their emotions. Sharing the gift of conscious breathing as a facilitator has been a beautiful healing experience for both my clients and myself. I love this and I love this lit up me✨I feel that when we do this work, we can meet chaos with calm and it will permeate to all areas of our life. You are the greatest project you will ever work on. You can either be a victim of your circumstances or a creator of your reality.
