The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience (ERBE) is a deep breathing journey taking the participant through an impactful and profound experience.
An ERBE combines movement, guided meditation and special breathing techniques connected to the four elements for a truly unforgettable experience. It is somewhat comparable to other popular breathing techniques like holotropic breathwork, transformational breathing or even the Wim Hof method – but with its own unique style and flavor
