I did several breathwork sessions last Sunday. And Sunday night I was up every two hours. (no other reason why I could not sleep going on) Just curious, does breathwork reduce the amount of sleep one needs, lol?

That’s a interesting question because i noticed the other night i didn’t sleep that well myself, i kept waking up. Tonight is my second night of doing breath work before bed so lets see how it may impact my sleep.

It all depends on the type of breathwork one engages in and how close is it to bed time. Hyperventilating types like, Wim Hof or our ERBE will engage the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) which can effect the sleep if done late in the evening. It also all depends how deep one relaxed during the meditation part of the ERBE. The effect can differ from person to person as we are all unique. The Elemental Flow rhythm is more gentle and I personally use it over the ERBE with my clients when I have sessions in the evening. Hope this helps!

Keep breathing and stay Glorious 🙂

Thank you for your response. Where would I find the Elemental Flow protocol you mentioned?
