Introduction New Member
Hello. My name is Kristin Haber and I live in Fort Collins Colorado. I came to Elemental Rhythm by way of my experiences and introduction to it at Rythmia in May 2023. I had a huge break through experience on my first night ever doing breath work and it changed my life! I can remember thinking if this is what my own breath can do what is going happen with the plant medicine! In returning home from Costa Rica to my breath work journey continues to bring me back to the Maloca, mother Aya and my center. Gio has created a beautiful journey to help us return to center and for that I am so grateful. I am so excited and look forward to become a facilitator with the online class in May.
