Use this 3-minute breathwork exercise whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or need to relax:

  • Sit or Lie Down Comfortably: Find a calm, quiet place.
  • Breathe Through Your Nose: Inhale and exhale through your nose, or exhale through your mouth if it’s more comfortable.

Bonus Tips:

  • Journal Before Bed: Write down what’s on your mind and your plans for tomorrow.
  • Ask Yourself a Question: Your subconscious mind might surprise you with an answer!
