Poor Breathing Habits
- Mouth breathing
- Mouth open most of time
- Fast breathing
- Shallow breathing
- Chest breathing
- No rhythm (irregular)
- Lots of sighs, yawns or holding breath
- Noisy breathing
- Tense shoulders
- Poor posture (hunched)
- Short forced exhalation
- Upper chest movement only
- Overbreathing
- Stuck breathing or irregular pauses
- Anxious, poor focus
- Tapping, twitching, nervous tendencies will also effect breathing
